Chef Nicholas ‘Doudou’ Tourneville has an immense, unassuming talent and with manager Said Alem, has lead Warisan to distinguish itself time and again and Warisan have been featured in more travel and good food magazines than any other restaurant in Bali.
The wine list reflects Said’s passion for old and new world vintages and includes some noteworthy proprietary wines and rare eaux-de-vies.
