Villa Sundaram is a beautiful property situated close to the cliff-top at Bingin on the southernmost 'Bukit Peninsular' - a stones-throw from the world-famous surfing beach and 25 minutes from the international airport.
	It consists of nine buildings in a 2500m2 lush tropical garden, with mature and elegant trees, carefully selected for their colour and blossom.
The pink marble 'Lazy-8' swimming pool, 13mx6m, is suitable for laps or just relaxing and is accompanied by an octagonal gazebo and fish pond.
	This is close to the bungalows: two with one-bedroom and one with two-bedrooms. These can accommodate up to eight people in peaceful surroundings and are fitted with all comforts and conveniences including private walled gardens and en-suite outdoor bathrooms.
The main house is split into a traditional Eighteenth Century teak 'Joglo' housing the kitchen / dining room and sizeable storage room. The other building is a unique, three-storey teak building dating back three hundred years. With a ground floor area of over 160m2, the main living and special event space has 5m high ceilings, a semi-outdoor bathroom and walled garden with pond.
	Upstairs are a bedroom with king-sized bed, flanked on two sides by a balcony, and a study / extra bedroom on the top floor.
