Terms and Conditions:

How to Book:
Fill in the above form press the 'Submit' button. The information you supply will be sent to us for processing. We will then mail you a confirmation for you to check.
We must receive your 20% deposit before final confirmation can be made. Extra dives may be added by re-submitting the form with the required changes, if required.

Payment
Balance of payment will be made to the Dive Resort/Operator in cash US$ (preferred) or US$ Travellers Checks.

Refunds
There will be no refunds given for unused accommodation, meals, dive packages or other services not utilised once the package has commenced. There will be no refunds for voluntary changes in itinerary. These might be reviewed in exceptional circumstances.

Safety
The responsibility for the safety of the diver lies with the contracted Hotels and Dive Operators. Bali Diving Agency acts as an agent for Dive Operators, Resort&';s and Hotels and will be in no way liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience to person or property.
